Terms and Conditions:

  1. Same day shipping. If requested, and the product is available, orders placed by internet, phone, fax, or e-mail by 2 pm (Mountain Standard Time) will ship from Logan, UT the same day. Shipping FedEx Overnight is required.
  2. Next day shipping. If requested, and the product is available, orders placed by internet, phone, fax, or e-mail by 6 pm (Mountain Standard Time) will ship from Logan, UT the next business day.
  3. If product is available and your order cannot ship within 1 business day, Ophir-Spiricon will pay the shipping charges (excluding duty, taxes, or import fees).
  4. New customers requesting open account. If your D&B rating is 3A3 or IR3 or better items will ship next business day. Otherwise, please allow 48 hours for processing of credit application. The shipment guarantee of 1 business day will not apply.
  5. Payment must be made by credit card or NET 30 terms (for active customers with pre-approved credit terms in good standing).
